MITC is a consulting company offering two distinct activities:
1) HRM: Human Resource Management
2) IT consulting
Our main objective is to assist our clients in the implementation complex technical projects by allowing them to control better their costs.
HRM is the historical activity of MITC, on which we based all our credibility and our development.
The principle of this activity is simple: our customer identifies himself a candidate for a position and then appoints MITC, which will support the work contract and all administrative tasks for the selected candidate to start as soon as possible his mission for the client. This activity is also known as : « portage salarial »
Our IT Consulting activity is based on the identification of a customer mandate. In this case, MITC identifies and nominates potential consultants.
The peculiarity of MITC is that we only intervene in Computing IT / IS areas.
With nearly 15 years of experience in these areas and with several large client accounts in Switzerland (Nestlé’s partnership for over 10 years for example), MITC is:
