Supporting our core advisory services, and using a range of analytical tools and technologies, combining fact-based insight and advanced modelling, we help our clients realise the value of their data to manage complex risks and provide actionable insights.
For our office in Basel, we are looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager with experience in the Life Science industry, as well as strong project delivery, consulting and business development skills.

Seeking and building client relationships to generate new opportunities, as well as supporting Deloitte partners and directors to generate new sales leads and supporting in the business development process.
Delivering risk analytics projects, taking responsibility for the design of the project approach, managing the team to produce deliverables for clients.
Developing the internal practice, codifying best practice / methodologies and support building and expanding our community of practitioners.
Your qualifications
A degree and/or relevant professional qualification in business informatics or similar.
At least 7 years' experience in a leading professional firm or Life Science industry with a context to financial crime, regulation & legal change, business risk, innovation an technology and experience with data tools and/or programming languages such as MS-SQL BI Suite, Informatica, DataFlux, Trillium, SQL, R, SAS, Access/Excel, VBA, JAVA, C#, SPSS, QlikView, Tablau, or big data technologies
Broad background of information technology e.g. IT/data architecture and lifecycles, data governance, service management, testing or data/system migration.
The ability to work on your own initiative and in many different and challenging environments.
Strong planning, organisation and people management skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, business writing and professional skills, including being able to liaise with both technical and business contacts at our clients.
The ability to determine client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches.
You communicate confidently in English. German would be an advantage.
