Category Manager Facility Services

Your tasks:
Develop and implement effective category strategies for increasing reliability and productivity, deliver productivity cost savings year over year
Identify and realize sourcing benefits in close cooperation with stakeholders in the region by bundling demand, influencing specifications and optimizing demand, establish network with internal business partners
Manage and develop relationships with assigned suppliers
Lead negotiations and tendering processes with suppliers and implement contracts as well as monitors compliance
Follow up markets as well as new opportunities and provide market intelligence information
Ensure operational compliance with global/regional/local sourcing strategies and standards
Lead functionally Procurement Managers in the specific category
Your profile:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master degree appreciated
Minimum 3 years professional experience in category management / strategic sourcing (incl. contract negotiations and supplier relationship management) preferably in the named category
Strong negotiation skills and ability to bring others together and reconcile differences
Excellent knowledge in MS Office and SAP SRM/MM
Language skills: German and English fluent (written and spoken) as well as a sound knowledge of either Italian or French
You are a business-minded person with highly developed communication skills, excellent in team work
Your strengths include a pronounced ability to work in a structured way and you think analytically
Mobility: Travel required within Europe circa 20%
