Global Consumer Health Manager

growth strategy on the solid foundation of more than 150 years of success. Global Global Global Global C C C Consumer Health Manager onsumer Health Manager onsumer Health Manager onsumer Health Manager Accountabilities: In this challenging and dynamic role you will be responsible for
leading the development and implementation of the global Consumer Health strategy
ensuring the delivery of profitable growth of the global Consumer Health business by
developing customized strategic initiatives for the diverse distribution channels and
supporting implementation activities by acting as a bridge between Global and countries. You represent Consumer Health in SIGVARIS’ branding project ensuring the development of a global consistent branding. Drive roll out and brand performance
by ensuring local implementation of the global branding, segmentation, positioning
and communication strategy for Consumer Health and the relevant retail channels. Analyze market trends across the countries, develop the brand/product portfolio, launch new products, identify and evaluate new growth opportunities for Consumer
Health. Development and implementation of selected and agreed Consumer Health brand activities in close cooperation with the countries. Conduct market research to generate Consumer Insights and transform insights into meaningful activities for the Consumer Health business. You are the global point of contact for Consumer Health internally and externally you will act as a sparring partner for the countries and support them on a day to day basis
if required.
Qualifications: Master degree in Business Administration and/or Marketing Minimum of 10 years’ of experience in an international marketing and brand management role, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Health environment Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and planning coupled with strong implementation power Experience in launching products into the pharmacy, DME and other health care channels Strong intercultural management skills, conflict management and communication skills Excellent relationship building skills across divisions and departments Fluency in German and English and good command of French
