Your opportunity to present a novel oncological therapy to the market and contribute to improving healthcare for patients. On behalf of our client, belonging to the top 20 global pharma companies worldwide, we are recruiting a new MSL team for oncology.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the pre-launch and launch of a new therapy and its products providing scientific support and communicating the value of products

  • Develop and execute an external stakeholder management plan in close collaboration and coordination with the Medical Director and Medical Affairs

  • Through scientific interactions, champion the medical value of products fairly based on the risk-benefit profile of drugs and contribute to the fostering of innovative approaches and enable market access activities

  • Communicate general information about the company, including pipeline, research and development programs

  • Support and manage Medical Affairs clinical strategy, planning, designing and execution (in close co-operation with HQ and CROs)

  • Support the set up and follow up of registries and other non-interventional Medical Affairs studies

  • Visit Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders and act as point of reference regarding scientific questions concerning the therapy and product


  • MD or PhD/MSc with therapeutic oncology expertise (neurology, gyno-oncology)

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of MSL and or Medical Affairs and/or research and development experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry

  • In-depth understanding of MSLs role and process

  • Ability to interact externally and internally to support the business strategy

  • Practical experience of Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs) including clinical trial methodology, regulatory requirements governing clinical trials and experience in development strategy and the design of protocols

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical business
