employs ca. 450 employees around the world and has been the global leader in dentistry for many years. At Root, in Central Switzerland, we are looking for a reliable, engaging personality to expand our Surgery team as Clinical Data Manager (100%) Job Summary
You will be the responsible person for clinical studies and clinical data management within the business unit Surgery and will
be the main point of contact (internally and externally) on all clinical activities. You will acquire and build up in-house clinical
expertise on our core products in bone and cartilage regeneration, and develop clinical strategies in key markets, Furthermore you
will contribute to publications and publication plans, organize clinical data for proof of safety and efficacy for new products/indi-
cations, deliver reimbursement input for clinical trial design, either prospective or retrospective, or postmarked documentation. Responsibilities > Maintain overview of suitable and required class 1 (RCT) and class 2-4 (registries, retrospective or postmarked case data, etc.) data for company products > In respect of key products – to contribute to clinical studies planning, clinical data planning, site selection, initiation and data collection, protocol design, KOL interactions, and follow-up of CROs involved in the clinical trial. > Manage as necessary clinical activities to maintain/receive regulatory approval and reimbursement in key markets: D, F, UK, I, E, USA, Brazil > To contribute to coverage, coding, payment of our products in key markets Requirements > Scientific background (biology, medical, pharmacist, veterinarian at a PhD or Doctor level)
> Experience in clinical data management from different types of clinical sources and organising data into reports, appraising clini- cal data (scientific evaluation, knowledge of clinical study design and management, protocol writing, statistics, medical writing,
interactions with KOLs, GCPs, EC Regulations on clinical trials) > Experience and knowledge of Health Economics principles Skills and Abilities
> Able to work autonomously and as part of a small multi-disciplinary team
> Being fluent in English, and preferably also German
> Willing to relocate to Switzerland
> Able to travel at least 20 % of working time Our Offer
