Bayers Consumer Health Division is the global leader on the over-the-counter medications market. The Consumer Health portfolio in Switzerland comprises a total of 22 well-known brands, including Aspirin, Berocca, Bepanthen, Pretuval, Canesten, Supradyn, Redoxon and Priorin.
As a member of the local Consumer Health management team, you will be a driving force in marketing key categories in Switzerland. You will develop and apply profitable business growth models and brand strategies as well as successfully lead a team of brand managers. You will oversee the implementation of brand strategies and constantly optimise the portfolio by cooperating closely with the global team and ensuring optimum implementation on the Swiss market while taking into account sales targets and goals. Furthermore, you will work with various stakeholders such as Sales, Product Supply, Trade Marketing and Regulatory Affairs towards a shared understanding of the product strategy and planned activities. You will be responsible for marketing investments and developing innovative new ways to boost market value and sales. Promoting digital tools to improve efficiency completes the range of tasks and responsibilities involved in this varied and challenging role.
