Our Risk and Regulation team is part of our Deloitte Risk Advisory business. Risk and Regulation drives concepts through to implementation within the context of regulatory requirements such as Basel III, Solvency I, SST, FinfraG, FinSa (FidLEG), , MIFID II/ MIFIR and “Too Big to Fail”, to design and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks

Your qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Finance and/or Economics (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience ideally as part of a Financial Services institution or in an advisory or business consulting capacity to similar organisations, particularly in the following areas: Asset Management/ Private Banking or capital markets – experience in a trading environment is preferable.
• Swiss and international risk & financial services regulations including topics such as product governance, inducements, complex products and operational risk.
• Evaluation, development and implementation of risk and compliance frameworks, including: development of policies and procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks, operating models and optimisation of processes.
• Basic understanding of methodologies and approaches in conducting risk and regulatory strategy reviews gap analysis, impact assessments.
• Analytical thinking, project management skills and able to develop innovative approaches.
• You communicate confidently in English and German. Any further languages would be an advantage.
