Complaint Handling Engineer

Your main responsibilities

  • Work with the subsidiaries, sales force and health care professionals to verify, clarify and complete complaint information
  • Perform statistical analysis of complaint rates for specific products
  • Determine whether emergency actions are required
  • Support or perform evaluation, investigation and risk assessment for the complaints
  • Handling of decontaminated products for investigation in dedicated laboratory
  • Authors investigation reports and other written documentation for internal and external customers as required
  • Ensuring compliance with appropriate time limits
  • Ensuring that complaint documentation is complete, comprehensible and conforms with the regulation requirements
  • Continuously helps to improve existing processes, forms, tools and databases

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical Degree (Bachelor of Science or equivalent, preferably of a University of Applied Sciences)
  • Preferably 2 – 3 year experience in a Quality or Engineering department, ideally in the medical device industry
  • Excellent command of English and German both verbal and written
  • Good in using various different computer software
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with individuals at all corporate levels and different cultures
