Corporate Transformation Specialist (f,m); Ref. FS
The Global Business Transformation Team is an internal consulting group focused on maximizing operational efficiencies and optimizing organizational effectiveness across SR Technics.
The Corporate Transformation Specialist is working closely with (Senior) Management and Business Partners to identify opportunities for operational and organizational improvements and to support initiatives to realize transformational goals.
Be a key player within transformational projects managed by SRT Corporate Transformation across the different business units
Review and document offshoring project scope and goals with process owners and subject matter experts;
Understand business processes and identify re-engineering opportunities which bring actual value to the business;
Assess offshoring project risks with process owners and subject matter experts;
Model, analyze, and document, offshoring relevant AS-IS processes to gain transparency and to identify improvement points
Design TO-BE processes with higher efficiency by eliminating redundancies;
Identify and document process objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with process owners;
Prepare statements of work for processes to be offshored and project closure reports once all offshoring steps have been completed;
Conduct research and benchmarking activities that will drive the identification and support of new transformation initiatives;
Participate to the planning and implementation of project.
Support the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables;
Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools. Ensure project quality;
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions;
Set-up reports documenting the project progress, existing problems and related solutions;
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Master degree (preferred) in Business, Economics, Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field
PMP Certification is a plus
Project management experience and competence to work with people across the organization is a must
Experience in analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) and ability to assess with limited data or direction
Experience in analyzing operations (cost, material, information, productivity)
Capable of understanding and mapping business processes (i.e. flowcharting; Vi-Flow/Visio) and identifying re-engineering opportunities;
Innovative thinking with ability to synthesize complex and diverse information;
Ability to structure, manage and deliver change;
Strong communication-, presentation-, influencing-, and partnering skills;
Organized and committed to reach defined objectives;
Technologically savvy and comfortable with learning new tools;
Master written and spoken English skills, Serbian language is a plus.
