DivisionCorporate Center & LogisticsFunction/PositionHR Controller & Reporting SpecialistLocationBaselFunction/Position objectivesAs HR Controller & Reporting Specialist you will serve as an integral part of the HR function and you are provided with the opportunity to operate in a multi faced role. Directly reporting into the Head Group Human Resources, you take full ownership of the current HR controlling and reporting cycles. You establish and provide ad hoc reports to relevant key stakeholder as well as further leverage and strengthen the reporting capabilities of your function. In addition, you are familiar with state-of-the-art Project Management practices and either lead or participate in selected strategic and non-strategic HR projects.Responsibilities

* Act as the central gatekeeper for maintaining the banks organizational structure
* Produce and deliver targeted analytics and ad-hoc reports as well as high-quality management information to key stakeholders , e.g. Top Management, Human Resources and internal/external Auditors
* As the single point of contact, you coordinate the internal hiring approval process between HR, controlling and top management
* Strengthen the HR Controlling and Reporting capability and function by leveraging today's processes, tools and practices
* Create and develop new HR Controlling and Reporting offerings in close collaboration with the Head Group Human Resources
* Maintain and support various technical interfaces within today's system- and IT-landscape
* Actively lead or participate in selected strategic and non-strategic HR projects


* University degree or higher education in Human Resources or Economics
* At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Controlling. Banking know-how is an advantage
* Very high ability to understand complex relations and an outspoken motivation to take initiative
* Willingness to operate on both ends, strategically and tactically in combination with a high solution orientation
* Reliable, discreet and communicative personality with a high level of customer orientation
* Strong IT skills - especially Excel. VBA, SAP and SAP Query are an asset
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken). Any additional language is welcome
