In order to strengthen our systems sales team
in Wohlen, Switzerland, we are looking for an
experienced systems sales engineer (m/f).

Your responsibilities:

  • Achieve order intake of thermal spray systems
  • Negotiate contracts according to guidelines
  • Develop calculations and quotations for thermal
  • spray systems
  • Develop system concepts in cooperation with
  • internal specialists and present our solutions to
  • customers
  • Forecast potential hot projects and order intake in
  • your region on a monthly basis
  • Secure an effi cient and effective selling process
  • Assume responsibility for achievement of sales
  • and profi tability targets in your region
  • Establish and enhance relationships with customers
  • and local sales representatives

Your profile:

  • Technical Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or practical
  • experience with automation technology as well
  • as solid sales experience in a technical business
  • environment
  • Specifi c knowledge of thermal spray systems
  • Good spoken and written English, knowledge of
  • German advantageous
  • Strong customer focus and business acumen
  • High level of self-control combined with excellent
  • analytical skills
  • Ability to summarize technical concepts and work
  • activities in a clear, concise and effi cient manner
  • Open and positive mindset with experience in an international
  • and cross-cultural business environment
  • High level of independence, fl exibility and pro-activity
  • Team player with willingness to expand knowledge
  • and share it with others
  • Willingness to travel (mainly to your respective region)
