Head of Corporate Accounting (m/f)

Your mission: You are in charge of the group financial accounting, consolidate the whole group and are responsible for the consolidated financial statement report after IFRS. Further, you perform the financial accounting of several group companies. As the group is currently implementing the IFRS accounting standard on group level, you manage the implementation and are responsible for the continuous development of the accounting (e.g. IKS). As the main point of contact for the worldwide local financial managers but also for consultants of the audit firms, lawyers, banks, board members etc. you act as a competent and solution oriented person with the will and ability to take solid decisions. This international role brings along various complex issues with the group acting in a market with hyperinflation or multiple fixed exchange rates. For all these central questions and many more, you as an expert take on full accountability.
Yourself: You have a university or college degree in accounting or as federal auditor. You have several years of experience as an auditor on level “manager” (big four) or at least five years of solid experience in international accounting in an industrial company in Switzerland. Consolidation, IFRS and group financial statements, but as well statutory financial statements are very familiar to you. You are open towards new issues and challenges and like working in an international, dynamic environment. As an individual, you are a strong audience-oriented communicator with excellent business acumen and conceptual thinking. MS Office particularly Excel are a “Must”, further finance tools are a “Plus”. You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken, Spanish is considered as an advantage.
