What it's about

In this position you will be part of Partners Group's Private Infrastructure team in Zug and work with our investment and client relationship professionals in the role of a Marketing and Investment Support Professional. You will be responsible for supporting the team withmarketing, fundraising and client servicing work (c. 70%) as well as investment related duties (c. 30%).

 

Your task will include:

 

Marketing and client services:

  • Creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for the infrastructure investment team in preparation for client meetings

  • Creating and maintaining other relevant materials for client communication and fundraising purposes 

  • Fostering and further developing fundraising and marketing relevant tools and databases

  • Performing various tasks related to internal and client requests

  • Scheduling and executing calls with clients in relation to their infrastructure investments or infrastructure investment programs

Investment support:

  • Preparing internal and external meetings

  • Managing the investment deal flow and prepare corresponding statistics

  • Various investment support activities for senior professionals




What we expect

For this challenging position, we are looking fora reliable and flexible person who is able to work under pressure. The successful candidateshould have the following profile:

  • Bachelor degreein Business Administration or completed commercial apprentice

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience(1-2 years for Bachelor degree)inan administrative / marketing services role in the financial services industry

  • Meticulous work ethic with high attention to detail and quality

  • Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong written and oral communications skills with proficiency in English

  • Superior organizational competence (planning, coordinating and timemanagement)

  • Excellent teamwork skills within international setting
