Head of Human Resources 80% - 100% (f/m)

Your Tasks

  • Reporting directly to the CFO, you are personally leading the HR department in a professional and entrepreneurial manner with talent acquisition, personnel on-and off boarding, training, development and retention management as main focus and as such, you are a Member of the Extended Management Board
  • Based on the corporate strategy, you define the personnel strategy and policy for the Group and secure a corporate - and service culture
  • As an experienced and entrepreneurial HR personality, you optimize and challenge your team, you represent the corporate values and employer branding authentically internal and external and guide change management processes
  • In addition, you implement suitable measures and tools for scaling the HR services and you are responsible for the personnel controlling
  • As a sparring partner you are in intensive exchange with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

  • 7-10 years of practical experience in HR, ideally from an international active agency, consultancy or BPO service business (call center, field sales, system gastronomy)
  • Experience with labor regulatory framework and multicultural workforce
  • Experience in applying the full HR tool-box (interview techniques, assessment center, performance measurement, MBO, Employee Surveys, 360 degree feedback, leadership development and coaching)
  • Completed university degree or equivalent with further training in Human Resources
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Leading by example, you are a coach and motivator with strong communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Empathic and authentic leader with assertiveness and strong service orientation
  • German and English fluent (oral and written), Dutch and / or French is a plus
