Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager
Accountabilities

Reporting to our Regulatory Affairs Product Safety Senior Manager you will ensure products compliance with all applicable regulations laws where the company markets its goods. Make safe and effective cosmetic products available worldwide.

In this role you will guarantee compliance of new existing products/formulations with enforced worldwide regulations standards. You will keep track of the ever-changing legislation in all the regions in which products are distributed and coordinate required actions as well as intra- or inter- department activities in order to successfully manage the respect of any new regulation.

You will also gather regulatory technical and safety data related to the products/formulations and manage the building up of the Product Information Files.

Finally you will ensure products health registration on time by providing partners throughout the whole network of distribution with the appropriate documentation required for the issue of the licenses of importation and you will ensure compliance of packaging artworks with the key worldwide regulatory requirements.

Profile

You have a university degree in Chemistry Biology or equivalent diploma and at least 5 years regulatory affairs experience ideally in fragrance or skincare industry.
Your strong expertise in Regulatory affairs and your knowledge of worldwide cosmetic laws relevant chemical regulations REACH CLP etc. will help you in this position.
Your solid understanding of worldwide labeling and export requirements is significant.
Fluent in French and in English other language an advantage. Some good knowledge of MS-office particularly R D dedicated databases formulation and regulatory software
are required.
