To support the Physeon team, we are looking for an experienced
The main focus of this position is to support the team in the areas of order management, including order entry, purchasing and expediting using the company’s SAP B1 ERP Solution. Additionally, this role will to some extent, support the marketing activities of Physeon, such as the development and creation of presentations, communications, marketing materials (e.g. flyers, etc.), as well as supporting social media activities, maintaining the customer database, oversee mailings and general marketing tasks. Lastly, this person will be responsible for meeting management, assist the team with travel management and providing general support to the Managing Director and the CEO of Novintum Medical Technology.
Major responsibilities include:
Administering Purchase Requests based on Management’s guidance
Managing Suppliers, oversee orders, follow-up, etc.
Administering sales orders, managing call-offs, coordinate shipping, etc.
Overseeing inventory, advising management on stock re-orders
Coordinating invoice management in close collaboration with the Finance Department
Managing company inboxes, answering calls
Scheduling and helping to prepare meetings with potential clients
Helping to manage calendar & schedules for Physeon Managing Director and Novintum Medical Technology CEO
Assisting with a variety of operational tasks
Managing the distributor database
Supporting the Sales team with a variety of marketing tasks to identify, track and add potential new clients
Maintaining content for our website and social media outlets
Working on communication efforts in close collaboration with marketing agencies and other third parties
Assisting with other business development activities and projects
The entry date for the role will be January 01, 2017.

In order to succeed in our challenging and fast paced, international business environment, the ideal candidate has the following qualifications, experience and character traits:
High School Degree or KV Education
Additional Qualification as Marketing assistant
Solid understanding of purchase order processes
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
SAP ERP knowledge advantageous
Ability to communicate clearly and develop interpersonal relationships is important
Positive, self-driven attitude that strives for continuous improvement and own growth
Strong team player that works co-operatively with others and pursues team objectives ahead of own interest
