In order to support our fast-growing company, we are looking for a professional and highly motivated:

Position Summary

Within this challenging role, you are responsible to lead our commissioning team of 5 people in the production. Ramp, train and scale them up, ensure correct print quality and release printers for shipment. Together with the Production Manager you level up the digital inkjet understanding, ensure and improve commissioning process and actively help in the commissioning phase as an expert.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the commissioning team and coordinate all activities on daily base.

  • Ensure the development of individuals and collective skills, translated into objectives and goals.
  • Build, train, sustain and motivate your team to be capable of achieving all commissioning targets and output requirements with production on time in full and right first time.
  • Ensure up-to-date quality documentation for commissioning, deviation management, root cause analysis if applicable and inspection readiness

Your qualifications:

  • Strong background in the digital printing industry

  • Analytical skills. You have a clear rational behind your assessments.
  • Autonomous. You know how to make things happen, find relevant information, tools, vendors…
  • Willing to learn on a daily basis.
  • Hands-on approach.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Min 5 years in industrial environment and/or machine industry.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.
  • Fluent in English and in French (German an asset). All technical reports will be written in English.
