Position Summary

As Shopper Experience Project Manager, you will manage trade and boutique projects contributing to our retail footprint optimization. Furthermore, in this pluri-disciplinary role, you will play a key role in providing the commercial team with the right tools and processes to deliver solid results.

A day in the life of a Shopper Experience Project Manager
  • Manage channel-related trade and boutique projects from initiation to execution by developing the project planning and employing appropriate project management approaches, processes, and tools
  • Multi stakeholder management ranging from Headquarters to global suppliers and regional agencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to budget, schedule and scope by providing status reports, raising key issues and risks, determine mitigating actions, and completing financial monitoring and reporting
  • Coordinate trade and boutique execution of national and regional communication campaigns
  • Evaluate and update procedures related to trade and boutique project management processes
  • Manage the retro plan, coordinate with local architect and realize timely opening
  • Follow up and monitor timely implementation of the defect list after a project
  • Purchase order / Invoice process (execute and control) and planning of (CAPEX, Genex) budget and accuracy
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's and / or Master's degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a project manager role in Trade Marketing or related field
  • Strong Project Management experience with external contract partners
  • Experience in change and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in French, German and English
