Your role

A motivated and experienced professional to join the Global HR team in Lachen. You will manage the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS: SAP SuccessFactors) maintaining the infrastructure and functionality in place and implementing new functionalities on a global scale. In this cross-functional (HRIT) and cross-organization/global position you will support local projects and initiatives, promote the applications and their functionalities, and develop a vision and roadmap for the HRIS. You will report to the VP Global HR.

Your main responsibilities and opportunities
  • The Technology and Data model: responsibility for consistency of data, change management and interfaces to source systems, ensure single point of truth
  • Solution Maintenance and Operations: monitor operational status of the applications, system administration
  • Propose roadmap, provide strategic insights, and make tactical decisions on application solutions evolutions
  • Management of resources
  • Training of local power users, creating and updating training manuals, process documentation and policies
  • Provide specialist knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors to the HR community and business users
  • Manage System Improvement Projects to introduce new functionality or changes to support optimized HR processes
Your expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 5-10 years post qualification experience
  • Certification as project manager
  • Practical experience of implementing or/and supporting SAP SuccessFactors system preferred and as an advantage Cornerstone LMS
  • Understanding the business context for the HR processes that are enabled by the HR Systems
  • Experience in management reporting, KPI reporting is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, with self-starting attitude
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and sound business judgement
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English (a must) and German (an advantage), skilled in presentation, negotiation, consultation and relationship management
  • Work experience in an international company with a matrix structure is a plus
