Your role
Are you client- focused with a good record of resolving enquiries? Do you like to help customers in solving their transactional challenges related to their custody relationship with UBS Switzerland AG?

We're looking for an Operations Service Specialist for the client segment Bank to:

* support them in their Securities / Global Custody day-to-day transactional business in the field of Settlement (SSI clarification, Settlements completion for Free of Payment and versus Payment transactions, Physical Securities, Precious Metals, etc.)
* ensure query resolution till completion within agreed service levels and at client satisfaction
* commit to a culture of continues improvement centered on client service

Your team
You'll be working in the Client Servicing Custody Bank team within Group Operations in Zurich-Altstetten. We work closely with front and back-office colleagues to manage and resolve all securities related queries from our clients globally. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services while continuously challenging our process efficiency and behavior.

Your experience and skills
* a degree in business and commerce
* previous client service experience within the financial and securities services industry, preferable in the area of Settlement (Securities transfer in all kinds)
* passion for dealing with clients and understanding of securities and global custody products
* can-do mentality with proven ability to increase customer satisfaction (you're a keen observer and problem solver) and with a flair for new technologies
* strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
* focused on client service and timely resolving of client enquiries
* adaptable, motivated, self-directed and driven (always staying up to date and improving)
* excellent skills in MS Excel / Power Point / Work/ Outlook
* fluent in German and English (French and/or Italian is a plus)
