The Senior Manager, Global Distributor Operations will be a member of the Vogue’s Global Growth Squad and lead Vogue’s Distributor Center-of-Excellence headquartered in Zug Switzerland. The position will have a dotted line team and will report into the Global Growth Director.


The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Craft the central distributor model operations for Vogue International (J&J’s hair care business unit)
  • Design where to play & how to win strategy for our distributor business across Latin America and Asia Pacific, with appropriate priority and GTM choices
  • Build a model for the future by championing end to end data transparency and use in day-to-day decision making
  • Optimally manage central budget dedicated to Distributor growth investments
  • Partner with our supply chain, regulatory, quality leads to improve central processes and ways of working for most impactful and efficient growth model
  • Connect with P&L owners to help our brands gain market share in key global markets operated via distributor partners
  • Be the point-of-contact leader for crafting the JBP and helping distributor teams drive in-market wins with clear Performance Scorecards against distribution expansion, portfolio management, in-store impact and others
  • Champion e-commerce acceleration across global distributor markets
  • Identify and implement strategic in-market programs in partnership sales teams to generate incremental growth opportunities online or offline
  • Own the global distributor engagements and capability enhancement
  • Shape annual customer-engagement calendar and lead key engagement forums
  • Improve distributor capabilities by shaping relevant programs
  • Help teams exchange best-practices and generate internal excitement for the business
  • Deliver P&L for select distributor markets in Asia: India, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea
  • Overall accountability of delivering P&L results via a network of on-ground consultant(s) and distributor partners


  • 8+ years of consistent record in sales, with extensive experience in operating with distributors. Experience in marketing is a desirable plus
  • Prior experience in fast-moving-consumer-goods is required
  • Entrepreneurial leader, a go-getter with financial & analytics competence
  • End-to-End commercial thinking with comfort in working with Supply Chain & Finance
  • Comfort to work with autonomy in ambiguity, and accountability of results
  • Ability to adapt to changing strategy while adhering to details for last mile impact
