Responsibilities:

You are an entrepreneur that recognizes future trends and transforms them into business action:

  • Identify and prepare trends for new solutions in the bioprocess market
  • Support products during their life cycle and initiate new developments
  • Participate in interdisciplinary project teams as an expert on complex issues related to (cell culture) bioprocesses and represent the customer's opinion
  • Generate content for communication via classical and digital channels and publish it together with our marketing specialists
  • Create and deliver internal and external product and application training
  • Compile relevant information for our international sales team and support colleagues with application questions

Qualifications:

  • Degree in biotechnology, bioprocess engineering, bioprocess technology, biochemical, bioprocess technology, or similar.
  • Experience with bioprocesses, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Ideally, knowledge of the regulatory requirements of our pharmaceutical customers.
  • Further education and/or experience in marketing/Business Administration are an advantage
  • Convincing personality, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German is a strong plus
