The Cicor site in Boudry is a leading manufacturer of high-end printed circuit boards, using state-of-the-art processes. We have comprehensive expertise in producing sophisticated rigid, rigid-flexible and flexible multilayer circuit boards. Focusing on circuit miniaturization, we offer high-density and ultra-high-density interconnect (HDI and UHDI) PCBs. Together with their customers, specialists develop innovative and unique solutions, mainly for the medical, industrial and aerospace & defence markets.
To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a:
Business Development Manager
Your mission:
For chasing new customers as well as for your allocated existing Customers:
- Monitor Customer’s strategy and requirements and influence our strategy accordingly
- Coordinate all Customer RFQ activities
- Address P&L issues with plant/Customer
- Grow business with Prospects/Customers, build annual budget
- Coordinate all Cicorel activities around the Customer: Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and SCM
- Ability to sell all Cicor services
- Develop your markets by dedicating around 50% of your time to prospective work and networking
- Win new Prospects/Markets corresponding to Cicorel capabilities and contribute to Top line growth
- Ability to build an attractive Selling Proposition for new Prospects, and win significant Opportunities
Your profile:
- Master in Engineering, with some experience in Electronic Industry (PCB, EMS, Components…)
- B to B Sales experience of several years, with proven winning sales performance
- Customer centric, with positive attitude: listening, negotiating, respectful
- Autonomous, efficient, organized, rigorous, able to manage through influence
- Focused on Customer satisfaction and defending Cicor interests
- Good communicator internally and externally
- Ability to interface at all levels of customer organization, from R&D through buyer up to CEO
- Fluent in German and English
- Available for frequent face to face meetings with Customers and Prospects when required (min. 30% travel time)
