Digital Campaign & SEO Manager Europe & Middle East


L'OCCITANE Brand operates across a variety of channels in Europe & the Middle East, with monthly digital campaigns managing an increasing number of digital materials (e.g. paid media assets, social media posts, videos, ecommerce assets, landing pages, SEO content)

You will be part of a newly created Europe & Middle East Team, coordinating digital campaign recommendations following our marketing calendar, leveraging best practices to the Europe & Middle East region to support the regional marketing plan.

This new position is based in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to to the Head of Digital Europe & Middle East.


  • For each new product campaign, deliver efficient ecommerce & digital marketing recommendations aligned with our business objectives along the customer experience from search/social to our ecommerce website.
  • Lead and coordinate the local digital execution and implementation on ecommerce, search & social media ensuring:
    • adherence to L'Occitane brand guidelines and ensuring a consistent look, style, and quality for all digital materials
    • consistency across media plan by adapting to different sizes and languages
    • appropriate scheduling to complete all projects in line with business requirements
    • suitable technical specification to ensure high quality final production
    • omnichannel alignment with CRM, ECOM and Retail
    • Gather a library of images / templates to be used across different materials
  • Manage the adaptation of international campaign toolbox to regional traffic acquisition & ecommerce needs on banners, social, landing pages, ecommerce assets, translations, by briefing / collaborating with internal teams or digital agencies
  • Test and learn innovative ecommerce, social and storytelling assets to engage our audiences, edit video formats when necessary
  • Monitor local digital campaign performance by analyzing results and adjusting campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the digital management & marketing team to ensure campaign and product consistency
  • Coordinate the SEO content strategy and production with local teams and digital agencies - build SEO & landing pages on Sales Force Commerce Cloud (SFCC) when necessary


  • 3-5 years of experience for an international website / e-marketing or eCommerce background
  • Digital marketing management experience including digital activation, acquisition, ecommerce & creative project management, working with or within a digital agency
  • Experience in ecommerce and SalesForce CMS / Page Designer
  • Strong skills of SEO best practices, UX/UI, digital & social design trends and formats
  • Knowledge with creative tools like Adobe Creative suite, Canvas, After Effect, other sound / video editing is a plus;
  • Entrepreneurship, creativity, ability to suggest new creative ideas
  • Excellent visual execution, accuracy, paying attention to detail
  • Curious and open-minded individual, up to date on latest creative trends
  • Strong Collaborative / team player and problem-solving
  • Ongoing competitor benchmark and knowledge of industry best-practices
  • Ability to deliver high quality / accurate work on time, including dealing with different priorities with tight deadlines
  • English fluency is mandatory
