Hamilton Medical is looking for a committed and experienced new colleague to join our Global Product Management team in the area of Respiratory Care Systems (RCS).

• Responsible for defining a best-in-class portfolio of consumables and accessories for hospital critical care, providing leadership and support to Hamilton's subsidiaries, and enabling a steady flow of business with our distributors.

• Life cycle management, including in-house developments and trade products.

• Identify and analyse trends and needs through continuous market and competitive intelligence.

• Identifying and evaluating business opportunities and preparing strong decision bases and business cases for new trade products or product developments.

• Representing customer needs to internal departments (Voice of Customer).

• Implementing business opportunities to drive growth.

With your skills and personality, you will play a key role in optimising the performance of our world-renowned ventilators by driving a portfolio of associated consumables and accessories. These components are integral to the growth and success of Hamilton Medical.

• Capability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth

• Understanding of business dynamics to identify new business opportunities and enable informed decisions.

• Track record of successfully launching medical devices (Class II or above) globally, ensuring they meet market needs and achieve business objectives.

• Technical and regulatory understanding to support the optimization and development of our product portfolio.

• Competence in prioritizing effectively to ensure that key projects and tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and a shared understanding of project objectives.

• Capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to improve our products and processes
