To complement our team in Niederurnen, we are looking by arrangement for a

Tasks

• Manage and develop intellectual property strategy for Swisspearl Group
• Oversee patent projects, applications, and competition analysis processes
• Facilitate idea generation workshops and support R initiatives
• Optimize internal processes and provide reporting on IP potential

Requirements

• Technical or scientific background, preferably in civil engineering or materials science
• Experience with patents, technical publications, and intellectual property management
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
• Strategic mindset with ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
