Brand Engagement Manager

Supports Manager Brand Engagement in defining the VEEV global brand engagement strategy, brand engagement activation and brand partnership strategic frame workin line with Brand Framework, Product launch calendar and season conversation calendar in collaboration with the Marketing and Category teams.
Participate in evolving global brand engagement strategy, creative concept, engagement thematic and mechanics in close partnership agencies and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Collaborate with Brand teams on making brand experiences and product launches come to life and travel (reach, amplification and wom).
Develops experiences, engagement mechanics and communication assets to facilitate market deployment. Manages external and internal partners to design, develop and release global engagement tool-boxes and implementation guidelines
Provides practical guidance to the markets on the consumer engagement implementation and meaningful calendar integration and planning, while ensuring quality of execution and engagement excellence standards
Sources best practices from the markets making them visible and available for the benefit of all.
Supports the development and deployment VEEV within the Multi-category landscape.

Required qualifications
The what:
- Experiential marketing background in culture led brand
- Proven track-record of delivering consumer engagement activations on a market level.
- Ability to transform concepts into meaningful and actionable activations to inspire, engage and convert consumers
- PMI SFP experience in the market with a deep understanding of business and consumer
- Ability to deliver "experienced by few, seen by many" brand engagement experiences that travel and turn heads
- Strong communication skills, strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively
- Bachelor/master/diploma in business / marketing / strategy
