Are you a hands-on Team Lead IT-Service Desk looking for a new challenge in a dynamic CDMO Pharmaceutical Industry in our Evionnaz site?
Reporting to the Head of Client Management & User Experience, you will represent IT service desk managers from other regions at the same level, ensure efficient, cross-location coordination of the IT service desk and assume technical and disciplinary leadership of the teams to ensure stable, high-quality IT support.
Your role
- Act as the first local point of contact for IT issues relating to the IT service desk and the local OT/LAB environment
- Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to IT service desk employees
- Ensure stable, high-quality first-level support and promote the further development of the service concept and standardisation in IT support at all locations
Tasks:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, and standard applications.
- Escalate complex issues to 3rd level support when necessary.
- Set up and maintain IT workstations.
- Collaborate with global project teams and other IT departments (Operations and Lab IT).
- Lead the IT Service Desk team, including staff planning, training, and performance management.
- Ensure quality standards, support ITIL processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain user documentation and manuals.
Your profile
- Completed IT technical training or IT degree, ideally with additional qualifications in IT support or IT service management and relevant professional experience in comparable positions
- 5 years experience in team-oriented organisation and coordination
- Knowledge of ITIL or ITSM processes (especially JIRA is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and network technology
- Experience with JIRA or comparable ITSM systems is an advantage

- Role model in teamwork and customer orientation with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction
- Very good written and spoken English and French skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally between locations

What we do in Evionnaz
Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
Main activities:
· Development and production in strict compliance with quality standards (GMPs)
· Ensuring perfect compliance with safety, health protection and environmental standards
Unique features
· 6 GMP production units (315 m³) with reactors from 0.5 to 8 m³
· 2 Pilot and Kilolab installations with reactors of up to 1,000 liters
· Flexible, multi-product production lines
· Broad portfolio of technologies: azide chemistry, organometallics, cryogenics, phosgenation and more.
