Cost Support Management Specialist

Job description:

Join the Group Performance Management team within the CFO unit to support a group-wide Economic Profit & Cost Allocation project. The initiative aims to enhance the bank's profitability assessment and steering framework to enable better strategic market reviews, drive full-cost accountability, and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements:

You will act as a sparring partner to the project's core working group, leading and conceptually developing individual workstreams based on industry best practices. Your role includes reviewing existing cost allocation frameworks (e.g. standard process cost, IT) and contributing to short-term priority topics such as variable compensation.

Competences:
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, Big Four, or project management
  • Expert knowledge in cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworks
  • Strong understanding of banking business models
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • University degree (Master's preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2)
