Founded on 14th April 1900 in Paris, the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) is the world governing body for cycling. Its mission is to develop and supervise cycling in all its forms and for everybody, as a competitive sport, as a healthy recreational activity and as a means of transport and having fun. Additionally, the UCI promotes a number of its own events, including the UCI Road World Championships, an iconic annual event, and a wide range of other UCI World Championships and World Cups across the various disciplines. It is based in Aigle, Switzerland, at the UCI World Cycling Centre.
The UCI is looking for a :
Marketing and Digital Projects Coordinator (100%) / English-French
Mission :
As a Marketing and Digital Project Coordinator, you will report jointly to the Digital Transformation Department (50%) and to the Communication, Marketing, Media, and CSR Department (50%) of the UCI.
Main Responsibilities :
• Management and operational deployment of the marketing strategy
• Coordination and follow-up of briefs with UCI commercial partners, including regular meetings
• Oversight of the delivery of all digital deliverables for commercial partners, in collaboration with the digital team: media plans, communication guidelines, activation frameworks,…
• Drafting and optimization of all contractual documents between the department and external partners: LOCs, commercial partners, media agencies and broadcasters
• Facilitation and supervision of the production of various deliverables internally and externally (agencies, freelancers…)
• Contribution to the development of product sheets and commercial activations with the Marketing sector
• Implementation of monitoring, tracking and reporting tools for internal and external stakeholders
• Administrative management of external resources (freelancers) involved in content production: request for proposals, contracts, schedules, timesheets, invoicing, payments, and defining project scopes.
Profile :
• Commercial CFC diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of successful experience in project or account management, ideally within a marketing or communication department
• Strong interest in digital media and good knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
• Excellent command of both English and French (ability to write autonomously in both languages)
• Proven project management skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners
• Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Passionate about sports, particularly cycling
• Availability to travel within Switzerland and abroad.
