Project: For our client, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a highly qualified ERP Support Specialist.

Background: The ERP Systems Support group in Kaiseraugst is responsible for the support and optimization of SAP ECC systems and interfaces for the Kaiseraugst production site. As the main point of contact for SAP ERP within the Kaiseraugst IT-OT organization, ERP Systems Support supports and connects key users from the operational areas and acts as the interface to SAP ERP 1st or 2nd level support within the IT organization. The goal is to optimally support the smooth and effective operation of the operational areas.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong service orientation with relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and IT teams in English and German. We expect a high degree of initiative/motivation,
self-organization, and a willingness to learn. Furthermore, excellent experience with SAP Supply Chain - Sales & Distribution and/or Master Data is required.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
• As part of the ERP Systems Support Team in Kaiseraugst, the ERP Systems Support Specialist is responsible for the support and change management of SAP ERP systems and their
interfaces to and from other systems in Kaiseraugst. The ERP Systems Support group serves as a service unit between IT and the operational units to fulfill the Make/Assess/Release process.
• SAP ERP Incident & Change Management (analysis, specification, testing, training).
• Coordination, information, and support of SAP key users from the business departments within the area of responsibility.
• Main point of contact for SAP IT Support and the regional user community.
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners from other SAP support areas, business process managers, regional SAP IT support, and global projects.
• Participation in local and/or global projects as an SME and system consultant for the support areas.
• Project work and super user function.

Must-haves:
• Bachelor's degree in a computer science field or equivalent qualification in supply chain management
• Minimum 5+ years of project experience or experience in operational support in SAP supply chain management.
• Very good experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Very good knowledge of middle layer systems
• GMP experience
• Fluent German and English skills (minimum level B2)
• Team-oriented, motivated, independent, resilient, open, quick learner, committed, and robust personality with excellent communication skills.
• Very good analytical, conceptual, and organizational skills with a strong customer focus and service orientation
• Process understanding and end-to-end mindset

Nice to haves:
• Experience in another SAP module (e.g., Quality, Make, technical development) is an advantage.
