For our Pricing Department at our Regensdorf location, we are looking for an

Pricing Analyst (m/f/d) 100%

In this role, you will analyze customer and pricing data to ensure profitable solutions, prepare accurate quotes, and create insightful reports using Excel and Power BI.

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare customer-specific pricing proposals using DHL Express tariffs.
• Ensure quotes are accurate, timely, and compliant with pricing guidelines.
• Analyze pricing performance, discounts, and margins.
• Create and maintain reports in Excel and Power BI.
• Validate data accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Monitor competitor pricing trends and market developments.

Your profile:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in pricing, commercial analytics, or similar roles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, logistics/supply chain management, or data analytics (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF; Power Query basics desirable).
  • Power BI: Ability to create dashboards and reports.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• German, French, or Italian is an advantage.
