Women Intimate Health & Foot Skin Health Director m/f/d

As a Women Intimate Health & Foot Skin Health Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic vision for one of our main Dermatology brands. Your mission is to drive brand growth, enhance market penetration, and ensure a consistent and recognizable brand presence globally. You will leverage deep consumer insights and market dynamics to build trusted brands, increase market share, and foster meaningful consumer connections.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead brand strategy development with a focus on consumer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
  • Identify strategic opportunities within the category to drive growth and enhance brand presence
  • Develop a clear growth model for the brand, ensuring consistent portfolio development across global markets
  • Build robust brand foundations to boost brand equity and enhance consumer trust
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into large-scale execution
  • Lead the annual strategic brand planning process
  • Drive innovation by developing a comprehensive pipeline that addresses unmet consumer needs
  • Craft global brand communication strategies and campaigns that resonate across diverse markets

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Brand Management, or Business Administration; Master/MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years in marketing, brand management, or business strategy with P&L responsibility, preferably in OTC and FMCG industries
  • Having led the full marketing organisation in a country or cluster is an advantage
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in financials and market share
  • Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and persuasive approach
  • Ability to co-create solutions with consumers and customers, balancing short-term tactics and long-term strategies
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable success
  • Strong consumer-centric strategic thinking, business and financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven ability in portfolio optimization, strategic brand development, and innovation
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and quick decision-making abilities; collaborative leadership with a focus on authenticity and inclusiveness
