You will be part of the regional human resources team and you will be responsible for leading a small team.

Your responsibilities will be:

· To act as an advisor, coach and counsel to the region's support functions leaders on employee performance, employee and organizational challenges (including change management), employee relations.
· Ensure HR processes alignment with HR strategy, principles, guidelines and company culture;
· Lead HR operations agenda ensuring business excellence and efficiency as well as legal compliance;
· Monitor internal HR systems and key HR metrics;
· Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
· Ensure legal compliance is continually being met.

Profile:

  • Master Degree in Labor Psychology, Business, Law or equivalent;
  • Experience in an international and fast growing and matrixed environment
  • Minimum 8 years Experience as a Generalist HR, but also hands-on experience with HRIS and setting HR processes;
  • Strong communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal); the ability to build and grow relationship across the organization
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and practices related to EU countries;
  • Proven successful experience in managing a small team;
  • Ability to prioritize and seamlessly manage a high volume of activities and requests from multiple sources in a time sensitive environment;
  • Fluent in English and French, another language an asset;
  • Solid computer skills.
