Head of PMO

Mission:

Provide overall direction, process and standards for group project management and administer project portfolio

Responsibilities:

Implement Project Management / PMO

  • Identify project Management needs / requirements with key stakeholders: Strategy, R&D / Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Operations in Switzerland and abroad
  • Define Project Management process, governance, templates 
  • Develop implementation / ramp up plan capitalizing on existing skills and resources
  • Design Project Management organization across the Group

Project Portfolio Management

  • Define projects classification / resources allocation / ownership
  • Implement project follow-up and review to ensure execution
  • Design reporting process depending on project classification
  • Ensure project documentation is sound, complete and tracked

Training & Project Management tools

  • Develop Project Management training program for LEMO employees, in coordination with HR
  • Once PMO is running, assess need re tools / systems

Job Requirements:

• University degree, PMO certification (min IPMA level C), combined with at least 5 years’ experience in Project Management as a PMO, ideally in a global firm with industry exposure
• Excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, able to summarize, able to negotiate and work in a cross functional and cross-cultural professional environment. At ease in change management
• Fluency in French and English. Microsoft Office, ERP, Analytics
