As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will implement internal communication strategy by driving global and local communication activities linked to NHSc business priorities.
Coordinate internal communications activities and events (e.g. NHSc Global Webcast; NHSc Newsletters; NHSc CEO letters, e-news, circulars and announcements; GRP award ceremony) by producing a wide range of accurate and high-quality internal communications materials
Drive internal communications initiatives that supports cultural evolution and change management
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to develop and deliver appropriate communication activities whilst ensuring alignment of messages across NHSc and/or target audiences
Develop messages & content (script, talking points) related to NHSc HQ activities and events
Support organization projects by developing related communications material (presentations, letters, videos, Q&A etc.)
More than 5 years of experience in communications and working with senior leadership on communications preferably in HealthCare or Pharmaceutical industry area
Proven expertise in multi markets/businesses stakeholder and project management
Experience in corporate messaging and storytelling, communication agency or journalism experience desirable
Experience in event management or marketing communications is an asset
High proficiency in English (verbal & writing), other languages are an asset (French preferable)
