For one of our clients, an Asset Manager based in Geneva we are looking for a :

Job description

• Ensure all investment risks are identified, monitored and managed
  
• Take ownership of the investment risk monitoring tools, ensure the daily reporting processes are rune smoothly and contribute to the development of new tools with the creation of prototypes
  
• Collaborate with the Front Quantitative Engineering team for the development of production tools
  
• Supervise trainees on investment risks monitoring
  
• Lead regular interactions (risk meetings) with Investment Lines
  
• Support the Investment Controller on all matters related to investment restrictions monitoring 
  
• Collaborate on common risk projects within the departement
  

 

Profile required

• MSc or equivalent degree in Finance, Maths, Physics or other quantitative discipline
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment risk management in an asset management environment
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of markets in various asset classes
  
• Solid knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and in the usual programming languages (VBA, SQL, C#)
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Fluent in English and French
