We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Digital Product Manager with in-depth knowledge and passion for delivering exceptional experiences to join our team, implement the global strategy, and support our position as leader in the cookware products segment. As a Digital Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our digital product portfolio by guiding its development from conception to market launch, ensuring its quality, and driving its growth.
Your Role:
As a Digital Product Manager, you'll play a key role in steering the direction and execution of our digital product portfolio, ensuring not only its market relevance but also its user-centric design and functionality.
These will be your tasks:
- Lead the entire digital product life cycle, from ideation, to exploration, to product launch and beyond
- Develop and maintain digital product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and company objectives
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Design, Marketing, and Sales to develop and deliver high-quality digital products that resonate with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions on product enhancements and improvements
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify areas for growth
- Collect and align feedback from management, countries, and other stakeholders, and communicate important developments to them.
- Engage with external stakeholders such as agencies, providers, etc.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who brings innovation, structure, and analytical skills:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product management
- Strong understanding of the digital product development process and agile methodologies
- Very good understanding of user interface and user experience design
- Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs; able to translate business needs to clear requirements and to communicate technical concepts to business users
- Demonstrated empathy for customers, with a focus on understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored product experiences
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, as well as analytical and effective problem-solving skills are essential
