As a Global Mobility Business Partner you will support the business in reaching its strategic goals by leveraging Mobility initiatives. You will be part of the Global Mobility team and report to the Head of Global Mobility Switzerland.
You will provide proactive advisory to business leaders and line managers in relation to the firms Mobility policies and procedures, provide guidance on Mobility compliance and support day to day operational matters.
On a project management basis, you will have the lead on selected Mobility initiatives. As such you are responsible for coordination of the initiative, ensuring key deliverables are achieved within agreed timescales.
Similar position with at least 6 years of experience
Outstanding advisory and communication skills and the ability to build up credible relationship with senior stakeholders
Solid know-how on Swiss Immigration Social Security and Tax
Commercial and pragmatic approach
Able to deal with a high volume workload, strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Fluent/excellent command of German and English; French/Italian is an advantage Exceptional IT user knowledge (MS Office environment)
Motivated to work in a demanding and rewarding working environment
You enjoy teamwork but are also able to work independently
