Country Sales Manager

Position:

The Country Sales Manager will have full responsibility for the sales activity in Switzerland. He will report to the Head of International Business based in France. 
Responsabilities will include :
- Definition of marketing and commercial strategy for the Swiss market
- Management and development of sales activities in some other additional countries with currently smaller levels of business
- Negociation and daily monitoring of key retailers and distributors/agents
- P&L management
- Regular interaction and project management with marketing and R&D

Profil:
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience in sales and key account management with a good knowledge of the Swiss retail and market
  • Master's degree in business or equivalent
  • German fluent - English fluent - French is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel (50%)
Position would be ideally based in France or in Germany or depending on location office-based. There is no people management in this position, We are looking for a very hands-on sales professional with potential to grow.
