In your role of .NET Software Architect, you are responsible for the design and overall architectural qualities of one or more subsystems and cross cutting concerns of a new software system that will take cancer care to the next level. You work in collaborative manner with the other architects, the development teams and other stakeholders. In addition to architecting activities, you are expected to work hands-on with the solution, to establish a deep understanding and intuition about your decisions.

Your profile includes very strong development skills, passion for modeling and sustainable design, and interest in software architecture. In addition, you are an open minded, flexible thinker and you have no problems dealing with different personalities and opinions. As we are developing a mission critical system, thus your commitment to safety and quality is a must.
In detail we are looking for the following profile:
M.Sc. or B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent academic degree
At least 5 years of software engineering using C#/.NET
Experience in developing distributed, service oriented systems
Knowledge of cybersecurity methodology and technology is desirable
Excellent social and communication skills
Fluency in English language
In an international environment (more than 30 nationalities), located across 3 main regions: Switzerland (Baden), the United States (Palo Alto, Silicon Valley) and Finland (Helsinki), subdivided in 11 teams you will be part of the architecture team located in Baden.
