International Sales Director - Power Electronics
Area of responsibility With the goal to maintain sustained profitable growth for the international business unit concerned, you lead a team of area sales managers in addition to local sales agents mainly based in Asia, Europe, South America and USA. Further, you are responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities, with the objective to identify new opportunities, develop markets and launch new products. In addition, you build and maintain relationships with global key accounts. Finally, you assume responsibility in assuring price and margin levels.
Ideal Profile After you obtained an advanced degree in engineering, you built a technical background in a customer-oriented and innovative environment, followed by a solid experience in international sales and cross-cultural team management in the field of electrical, electronic or electromechanical products. Altogether you bring a minimum of fifteen years of international technical and sales experience in the railways, energy, marine industry or in a similar sector. Further, you acquired rigorous know-how in dealing with large multinational manufacturing B-to-B customers. In three or four of the languages English, German, French and Spanish you can communicate independently. Finally, you enjoy worldwide business traveling around 30% of the time.
