On behalf of an estimated customer, launching an innovative and evidence-based high efficient technological product, conceived upon a globally renowned logistic and material handling system we are seeking a
building up industry contacts and relationships to source, lead and close sales tenders and opportunities affecting in an effective manner the companys strategical growth in the European Area, while reporting to the group management as part of the global business development team based across 3 regions (Europe Asia, US).
The detailed role will include the conduction of business development activities (cold calls, face-to-face meetings), identification of potential new accounts within a fast-growing market (about 6 per cent yearly). Duties can include industry analysis, competitor analysis, strategy vetting, prospect analysis, and other types of responsibilities as the continual assessment of operational risks associated with the business.
Work closely with all departments to ensure quality proposals demonstrating a high degree of teamwork and collaboration and the ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of calculation of larger installations and systems, fulfilling an adequate order process and storage of documents and specifications.
As a strategic thinker, persistent hunter and over achiever, to succeed in this role you must have a university degree as an engineer with mechanical or mechatronic background, be fluent in English and German, additional other relevant European languages being a plus.
