Ihre Aufgabe


* Setup and management of substantial relationships to key stakeholder
(CxOs) of large CH-based enterprises


* Qualification of leads for lighthouse deals and development of leads into biddable deals and triggering the internal processes
* Manage the deal over the entire life-cycle of the deal and the associated customer-relationship
* Coordinate and manage the deal team and acting as negotiator
* Focussing on sales strategy, value proposition and on building trust in our capabilities as T-Systems as manager of deal and the customer
* Support the successful closing of Big Complex Deals and handover to Transition responsible in Service and Delivery Organization

Ihr Profil


* Proven track record in an ICT (Infrastructure Outsourcing, Network and Telco) B2B sales environment and in relevant areas
* Broad understanding of the B2B ICT Market, particularly in the areas of Cloud hosting, enablement and infrastructure transformation
* Direct experience of selling Cloud enabled SAP and / or End User systems is a distinct advantage
* Comprehensive customer understanding
* Industry experiences on Manufacturing (Auto, Aero, Electronics), Energy, CPG, Retail, Services
* Large experience of lead generation, identifying opportunities and bringing through to qualification
* Communication at CxO and senior director level with excellent negotiation skills
* Experienced customer oriented listener, problem solver, shaper and challenger
* Ability to form, lead and manage multi-disciplinary / virtual teams with a results-oriented approach
* Excellent English language speaking and writing skills; knowledge of German language advantageous
