Establishing and enforcing Remuneration Principles & Policy for Asset Managers Group incl. Pension Schemes
Set-up of local or function-specific Remuneration Policies and Systems
Regular screening of compensation and benefits systems and elements to ensure total remuneration commensurate with the conditions of the respective markets
Steering of the yearly Salary & Bonus process
Establishing and further enhancing a comprehensive Job Allocation Grid
Central steering and further developing of existing Performance Management System
developing of a comprehensive target setting model for key functions results analysis deriving toe-holds for performance-steering measures
Overall responsibility for compensation related reportings
Handling and steering of Compliance-relevant compensation topics, such as UCITS V etc.
Management of international Transfers
7+ years experience in international Compensation & Benefits matters in the financial industry, ideally in the Asset Management field
Degree in Business Administration or Law
Good understanding of current and upcoming competitive markets for employee pay and benefits
Good knowledge in the regulatory requirements and developments, mainly Switzerland, France, Germany, Luxembourg and UK
Experienced in working in a matrix organization
Highly resilient and able to manage cognitive load
Highly developed analytical and technical skills
Pronounced communication skills
Working Languages: German and English; French would be an asset
