For our operations business unit in Boncourt , we are looking for a: Quality Compliance & Performance Manager Context The Quality functions supports both operations and marketing and is responsible for highlighting and delivering improvement activities enabling a more satisfying consumer experience through efficient util isation of resources, the role needs to work closely with many regional stakeholders in the business. Accountabilities ? Plan, coordinate and implement all quality activities in factory and supply chain with a focus on meeting both customer and consumer requirements and the outcomes expecte d within the Company plan; ? Perform risk assessments of all activities in the factory that can have an influence on quality and document the key risks in the Process FMEA - implementing key controls to manage the risk; ? Manage the introduction of all new pro cesses and equipment to the factory with advanced quality planning tools; ? Manage the quality assurance department in line with the Company strategy, to set objectives and targets to direct reports, manage their performance, to ensure plan targets are met a nd all functional tasks and projects delivered; ? Manage Shop Floor Quality standards, Lab testing and product release (which includes inspection plan and the quality assurance plan & the process control matrix); ? Manage all quality performance analysis & key metrics, driving improvements where required: Q2/ FPI, Consumer/Customer Complaints, RQA, PI&T and P&HM and influence performance through the Quality Improvement Forum (Quality / Product / Supply Chain / Procurement / TM&D); ? Perform training to factory, c ustomers, end - market and supply chain teams in RQA, PI&T, P&HM and key problem solving techniques; ? Manage the internal and external audit process for the factory ensuring compliance and driving improvement in the management systems; ? Support regional qualit y improvement forums with multi - functional teams (Packaging, Product, Factories, EMs) in order to deliver quality improvements; ? Provide special reports and insights on request of key customers, collaborate on the definition and validation of reporting syst ems for group wide application. K nowledge and Skills ? Degree level in a science, applied science or engineering ? Fluency in French and English ? Knowledge of tobacco products, tobacco technology is a plus ? Quality knowledge & experience gained in one or more international FMCG or high speed/ big serial manufacturing companies - (4 to 5 years) ? Broad understanding of Consumer centric quality management principles, design of new Processes and Standards management and Supply chain models, Quality Performance & Compliance Reporting, Continual Improvement, Product and Materials Test & Release, Product Chemical Lab Testing & Review processes ? Working knowledge of SPC, ISO 9000, Six Sigma and CI tools (eg UPS, RCA, CAPA) ? Experience in w orking across multiple functions/projects is preferred ? Strong influencing, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills across diverse cultures ?
