European Brand Insights Manager "I want to work with like-minded people and still feel I'm one of a kind" Nestlé Purina Pet Care EMENA Lausanne Switzerland Activity rate 100% Defined contract 10 months assignment with ideal starting date December 1^st In order to ensure that appropriate Consumer Research Projects are designed and implemented to provide the business with relevant Consumer Insights Nestlé Purina Pet Care EMENA NPPEMENA is currently looking for a European Brand Insights Manager. Reporting to the European Insights Manager Cat or Dog you will engage with the Brand teams and other Nestlé Purina functions to identify manage and optimize the use of all relevant brand and category insights in order to address brand objectives. Key responsibilities Work with Brand teams on development of annual brand research plans i.e. research needs identifies research gaps prioritization for approval by Insights Manager Work with Brand teams to clarify and finalize research briefs Recommend to Insights Manager best methodology and agency for specific projects for their approval Manage quality research projects from design agency briefings through all stages to debrief ensuring insights are actionable by Brand teams Synthesize and disseminate brand and category insights from multiple data sources communicating research recommendations to all levels of the organization Manage internal and external relationships with key resources Required Profile Degree in Marketing or equivalent level qualification 3 to 5 years' experience in market research including Client side and/or FMCG experience Both qualitative and quantitative ad hoc research experience required with additional experience continuous research a plus At ease and confident working with cross functional and multi market organization Working fluency in English any other European languages would be a plus Show us that you have excellent listening presentation skills.
