Develop and maintain the Sonova Compliance Program
Perform regular compliance risk assessments
Provide advice on the roll-out of Group policies and regulations and perform or direct implementation reviews of the same
Coordinate and support implementation of compliance training for the Sonova group
Oversee the group-wide roll-out/implementation of the Compliance program in new corporate entities
Perform or direct periodic reviews of the local Compliance Program implementation
Prepare presentations on the status of the Sonova Group Compliance Program for the Company's governance boards and Compliance Committees
Lead a team of Compliance Professionals in various locations around the world and ensure a consistent team approach to the Compliance Program
University degree or FH degree in law, completed professional university Compliance course, background as an internal auditor, or the like
At least five years' experience in risk management, risk assessments and governance and compliance
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
Highly goal-oriented, proactive and independent person
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
Excellent English and German skills - written and spoken
Willingness to travel
