YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this dynamic position, you will manage the strategy and develop the International Media Plan from inception to execution inclusive of online and offline in coordination with our media agency. You will be responsible to ensure our agency is delivering the best efficiencies and value for the brand. You will be required to set KPIs and constantly analyze and optimize campaigns accordingly to provide the highest level of results. You will be in constant contact with our internal and external stakeholders to facilitate flawless execution of plans. Moreover, you are in charge of managing all native advertising programs and will be working with the internal content editor, PR, social media and communication teams to collect, consolidate and relay feedback to our publisher when necessary. You will manage and maintain the media expense platform in coordination with our media agency. You will also be in charge of the group media budget and will have to optimize the costs as well as validate and consolidate the affiliates' budgets. Furthermore, you will have to monitor and report media marketplace trends, identify opportunities in emerging media and related technologies. As part of this ongoing self-development, you will have to schedule all advertising meetings with outside vendors. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS You hold a marketing or communication diploma or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have minimum of four years of experience in a media agency as a media planner. You must have extensive experience in the purchasing of online (Display, SEM, etc), social media (Paid social, Wechat, Weibo) and offline space (Publications, OOH, etc). You are fluent (written and oral) in French and English. Self-disciplined and organised, you are known for being service-minded, autonomous, efficient and know how to deal with priorities and versatility.
